All our products are handwoven with natural materials, making it possible for the shape to change at times. But it's simple to fix. Each has an eco-friendly varnish that protects the grass but easily allows for reshaping.
spot clean only
If your bag gets a little blemish, be sure to spot clean only. We recommend using a slightly damp towel only on the affected spot.
Reshape with a towel
Grab a dry towel and pack it firmly to form the desired shape. Leave in the bag overnight to ensure the desired structure and repeat, if needed. Now, it’s as good as new.
store in a dust cover
When not in use be sure to store your bag in its dust cover. Not only will this protect it from dust but it will also protect against fading, discoloration, and moisture.
hang to reflatten strap
Got a kink in your strap? We recommend letting it hang overnight to reflatten.
